Hosted by our Engineering Technical Advisors, Kim Raw, our events equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to build apprentices’ confidence and competence, support your delivery and share best practice with others.

We have a breadth of offer supporting employers across skills areas such as in-house support services, IT and digital, business skills, customer service and leadership and management to name a few. We also offer Functional Skills across five levels from Entry Level 1 to Level 2. We can also accredit in-house training programmes with our Assured service.

Our EPA Customer Success team are on-hand to walk you through the process and provide advice from the start. Our team includes engineering and manufacturing and experts, quality leads, and policy and funding specialists – all working together to provide solutions for you.

High quality assessment

With the rigour and consistency of our independent end-point assessor training, you can be confident in the quality and standardisation of our EPA. Our LIEPA reports are produced annually with valuable insight into the assessment process, providing crucial lessons learned in EPA, for your benefit.

A trusted brand with a long history in engineering

City & Guilds has a long history and heritage within engineering and are proud of our breadth of offer across the Engineering sector. We work closely with employers such as the RAF, Royal Navy and MOD. 

Our technical training institute, Gen2, is part of City & Guilds, and is the largest training provider to the UK civil nuclear industry, working with over 250 employers – including the likes of Sellafield Ltd, Iggesund, and British Steel. 

Our relationship with Group Training Associations (GTA) England, shows our commitment to engineering skills in the sector and we are proud to partner with such an important and well-respected group in the industry. GTA represent SMEs, and the partnership shows that we can support EPA with scale. 

We also have close industry and employer connections with Engineering UK and Make UK, working closely with employers to gather insights, shape policy and ensure our qualifications and apprenticeships are working for learners and employers alike.
