  • 8413-53 International Introductory Award in Hospitality Selling.

However, learners not wanting to focus on the Hospitality sector will be able to choose from the following pathways:

  • 8414-54 International Introductory Award in Conflict Handling
  • 8415-55 International Introductory Award in Customer Service
  • 8416-56 International Introductory Award in Selling.
